Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or size exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at onemoveaheadshop@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
